This is the highest quality service we offer and is a full custom turnkey experience. Included in this service is site overview of the trades chosen to ensure that the project is going as planned.  This service could also be beneficial in other situations as well such as:

• Maybe you’re planning on building a house and like Tim’s unique style of design.  Tim could consult with your architect during the planning process as well as stay engaged through the building process until the project is complete.  As the project evolves, Tim’s focus would solely be on the design aspects which is independent of the building process.  With Tim’s guidance and oversight, you could adapt and make changes along the way as you see fit.  There are very few residential building projects where no changes/modifications are made along the way as the project evolves. Tim can take some of this design related stress away so the building experience as a whole is more pleasurable.
