This is a discovery meeting to review your project and determine what the best options are in achieving your goals.

Who is this service right for?

This service is right for anyone that wants to improve their property/ property value.  This is where the design process really begins.  In addition, there are a few other situations where this consultation could be of value in achieving your goals.

• Maybe you’re considering selling your house within the next 6 months and would like to get some direction on minor updates/changes that could be done to increase the chances of obtaining the highest resale value and capture the market in your homes price range in the shortest period of time.  There are actually some real estate companies that offer programs for these services prior to the sale. 

• Maybe you’re in the process of purchasing your next dream house/investment property and you’d like Tim to evaluate your potential purchase. The goal would be for Tim to look at the property and assess the hidden potential or re-assure/validate you that your ideas for improvement are obtainable prior to making the purchase.

• Maybe you’re a hands on DIY’er and you and your significant other share different design styles. The goal would be to successfully bridge the gap of differences so in the end you’re both happy with the finished product.  Let’s face it.  Life brings many challenges to relationships and this doesn’t have to be one of them.
